Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently only offer shipping within Australia.
Where are the products shipped from?
All Vynix products are shipped from our main warehouse to ensure reliable delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
To ensure prompt processing, any modifications or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes may no longer be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped. Once delivered, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

All payments are processed securely via encrypted payment systems.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1–3 business days, excluding public holidays. During periods of high demand or promotions, additional processing time may be required. Shipping generally occurs the next business day after processing.
How long does delivery take?
The estimated delivery time within Australia is 7–10 business days. Most orders arrive within this timeframe; however, delays may occur due to high demand, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
What if I do not receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 35 days of the shipping date:
- You may be entitled to a full refund.
- A discount code may be offered as compensation for the delay.
- If the parcel is confirmed as lost, a refund will be issued.

How can I return an item?
To initiate a return, send an email to info@vynix-style.com. Return requests must be approved prior to sending items back. Faulty or incorrect items must be returned before a refund is processed. You may also request a replacement. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us straight away and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
The item must be returned before a refund is processed. A replacement item can be sent upon request.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds to credit and debit cards are generally processed within 7–10 business days after receipt of the return or approval of the cancellation. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank as timeframes may vary.
